Connecting a sporting community through a new digital solution

Greenspace aimed to carve out a a focused, distraction-free environment for golfing community. Without an existing digital infrastructure or team in place, he needed a trusted partner for the end-to-end support to validate the opportunity, shape the strategy, and set the foundation for scalable product delivery.

Starting with an in-depth discovery phase we outlined the business opportunity and potential users of the app to design and develop a lean MVP and begin testing ideas to gather user data.

Using this initial user data, we then refined the MVP and delivered a mobile app to connect the global golf community, allowing users to tag their courses, share their scores and engage with their golfing network.
