Elevating insurance transaction marketplace through a modern redesign and rebuild

The previous Opportune platform was made by another supplier, who left it with multiple idiosyncrasies and faults. WE were brought in to rebuild the product and make it scalable to be able to cope with the rapid growth of the market (​Over 60 Billion pounds worth of assets in 2023).

Following the critical user bugs and defects found in the original platform, F+L removed these are created a smarter one, by adding new features that were not there previously, whilst making sure to keep to the requirements document provided by the client. The new platform allows the insurer users to raise a query without bugs or character restrictions allowing for staff memebers to fully grasp the problem being reported.
