Tidal Cleaning Services specialise in professional window cleaning for both residential and commercial properties. They have served over 12,500 customers across the UK.

The Challenge

Tidal's original apps were based on early founder requirements, but user experience was poor and they needed a more product focused approach. The app had been identified as a key hindrance to business growth.

What We Did

We ran an extensive review of the current app to understand what worked, and what didn't. We then led a design and development project with both a customer and product mindset to completely overhaul the user experience of the apps, so they were not only aligned with what both window cleaners and end users needed from the app, but also brought it up to the quality standards expected from a changing demographic.
